Tianlong fell silent, simply standing from an observer's perspective as he watched the entire plan unfold.
Even someone as shrewd as Tianlong, after reviewing the whole operation, could only sigh inwardly at how brilliant it was.
The plan had been fully set in motion starting with "Cangjie Qi."
As the first link in the chain, Dilong had to deliberately die within "Cangjie Qi." Her death caused the "Xianfa" known as "Isolation" to dissipate, allowing those on the brink of madness to gradually recover their memories.
At the same time, outside the "Cangjie Qi" arena, another team began dismantling the giant clock and display screens. This fragmented team was called "Jidao."
This step not only strengthened everyone's "Xianfa" but also increased the number of those driven to madness, as more and more people regained their memories.
To successfully breach Qinglong, however, a reliable team had to be arranged to eliminate the "Shen Shou." This sacrificial team was named "Mao."
Both teams encountered minor flaws in their plans, but these were patched up by a mobile unit. This self-destructive team was known as "Tian Tang Kou."
Subsequently, the group awakened the "Yuan Zhumin," seized the corridors, liberated the "Luo Yi," slew the "Tianji," and infiltrated the "Chetou." A multitude of seemingly impossible tasks were accomplished almost seamlessly through unified effort.
Next came the assault on Qinglong.
In this plan, Qi Xia surprisingly devised a bold scheme: sending a "Huo Shui" across the entire corridor to reach the "Chetou" and deliver it into Qinglong's room. Through prolonged suggestion, "Huo Shui" became utterly devoted to Qinglong.
As a result, before reaching its final stage, Qinglong began to waver in belief, its "Xianfa" became unstable, internal divisions arose, and its fortunes declined.
In legend, the divine beast Qinglong guards the east, but this move of drawing "Huo Shui" east laid the path to Qinglong's defeat.
At this moment, Tianlong couldn't help but wonder inwardly: if he were in such a situation, how could he ensure an undefeated outcome?
The only way to counter it would likely be to learn of the plan in advance and kill everyone involved.
After all, each link in this plan was relatively independent; even if someone died, the rest would continue smoothly. In this seemingly airtight scheme, many participants didn't even know their teammates.
This meant that while deaths might slow the mission's progress to some extent, no matter how chaotic things became, there was always hope of victory.
Thinking carefully, whether it was killing the leader of "Jidao," the leader of "Mao," the leader of "Tian Tang Kou," or even Qi Xia alone, someone else would step in to fill the gap.
So, to stop this full-scale rebellion, the only option was to kill as many people as possible.
Yet, even with that logic, how could a plan that evaded Tian She’s "Duoxin" and Tian Gou’s "Ling Wen" be easily discovered?
In the dream realm, as the plan progressed toward its end, Tianlong increasingly sensed that something was amiss.
This rebellion seemed different from the one he had just experienced.
Since Tianlong spent most of his time in slumber, he wasn't clear on the other differences, but the most obvious one was that this action had no part involving the "Tree."
In the dream, the two "Tianxing Jian" unleashed their ultimate moves: one attacked Qinglong, while the other charged toward Tianlong on the throne.
Although Qinglong wanted Tianlong dead, it couldn't undo the "Shuang Sheng Hua" and was forced to protect him. Under the duo's exquisite coordination, Qinglong, burdened by this major weakness, retreated step by step and was eventually cornered.
From this point, events began to exceed Tianlong the observer's expectations.
By sheer accident, the two struck the "Duoxin Po" located in Qinglong's heart.
The situation deteriorated rapidly; without control over the opponent, Qinglong was shattered—its five organs and six viscera's eyeballs destroyed—in just a few exchanges. Faced with "Tianxing Jian's" immense destructive power, its self-repair speed was no longer enough to save its life.
As Qinglong neared death, blood began to flow from the corners of Tianlong's mouth on the throne; the "Shuang Sheng Hua" sensed one side approaching demise and activated fully.
The two "Tianxing Jian" knew they couldn't delay; they had to eliminate both dragons at once. Thus, they intensified their assault on Qinglong, expending all their life force and channeling every ounce of power into the attack.
As Qinglong was on the verge of death, Tianlong finally opened his eyes, but his own life was also at its end.
After quickly assessing the situation, Tianlong realized there was no turning back. He mobilized his remaining "Faith" to unleash the most powerful "Lixie" in history. In the name of "Shen," he dragged everyone in "Taoyuan" to their doom.
He not only "Lixie"d the entire "Chetou" but also every entity active in the "Chetou" and "Taoyuan." Knowing that his death would come, the only thing he could do was prevent anyone from escaping. Since he hadn't truly become "Shen," he couldn't allow this "Taoyuan Plan" to be exposed.
Thus, the "Canyu Zhe," "Shen Shou," "Tianji," "Diji," "Renji," "Dian Ren," and "Luo Yi"—seven types of identities—all turned to dust in this catastrophe. Even Tianlong and Qinglong perished in this rebellion.
Tianlong had assumed that this largest-scale "Lixie" would leave no survivors in "Taoyuan," including the "Chetou," and even Xu Liunian, who had temporarily become a "Canyu Zhe," was already dead. However, he hadn't anticipated that this widespread "Lixie" would overlook two people.
These two, by sheer coincidence, didn't fall into any of the seven categories.
One was the solitary young man, Baihu, expelled from the "Shen Shou" ranks and wandering near the "Taoyuan" giant clock.
The other was Qi Xia, who had broken free from the "Canyu Zhe" category and hovered between human and divine.
Yet, at that moment, Tianlong the observer's attention wasn't on these two survivors; he was fixated on another puzzle.
"What... is this?" Tianlong murmured. "Baoyang... did you kill me?"
"Be patient." Qi Xia's voice echoed from the void. "Yong Heng... has only just begun."
Tianlong said nothing more, simply following the memories of Qi Xia in the dream.
At that time, Qi Xia was inside the "Chetou." After Tianlong "Lixie"d the entire "Chetou," he plummeted straight into the endless darkness below.
This endless darkness was vastly different from before; there was no light anywhere around.
Qi Xia had no idea at the time that he was the only survivor in "Taoyuan" besides Baihu.
He struggled and fell in the pitch black.
He had no clue where he was dropping, only that he kept falling into the endless darkness.
After falling for an unknown duration, Qi Xia tried to steady his mind. He told himself that this place didn't have to mean falling—it could just be floating.
But this was no easy feat; after all, Qi Xia had been caught completely off guard when the "Chetou" collapsed and started plummeting. Convincing his subconscious otherwise under those circumstances was no simple task for anyone.
After countless failures and gradually getting used to the sensation of falling, Qi Xia finally managed to control his subconscious, stabilizing himself bit by bit.
Yet, beyond stabilizing his form, he could do nothing else.
He had never imagined that victory over Tianlong would lead to such a scene.
No direction, no sound, no light—not even time or space.
So, had he won... or lost? What had become of the others?
Had some escaped the "Chetou," or had someone reclaimed "Taoyuan"?
From this moment, his own "Yong Heng" officially began.
