Chapter 1264: The Strongest Death Card

Tian She flew far away, but fortunately, the Tian Ji rooms were more spacious than the Di Ji rooms, so he didn't crash directly into the wall.

After landing, he quickly got up, but his vision was still blurry. He realized what had happened and reached out to feel for his fallen glasses—losing his sight at a time like this was no small problem.

However, after such a heavy impact, both he and his glasses must have been flung in different directions. Tian She groped around on the ground for a long time but found nothing.

Bai She, clutching his wound, stepped forward. Now, he had two paths to choose from.

One was to attack Tian She's nearby glasses, and the other was to attack the Qiong Qi right beside him.

Destroying Tian She's glasses would give him a significant advantage in the upcoming fight, but it might mean losing the only chance to kill Qiong Qi.

If he killed Qiong Qi first, Tian She would surely fight to the death once he found his glasses. Although Bai She had helped everyone eliminate an unhatched Shen Shou, his own grudge would never be settled.

He never imagined that this small room would hold two formidable enemies, and letting either Qiong Qi or Tian She escape would affect the situation outside.

After a brief second of hesitation, Bai She ultimately turned his gaze to Qiong Qi. After all, he had a high probability of killing this woman right then, but not necessarily Tian She immediately.

Xiao Ran hadn't even processed what was happening when Bai She appeared right in front of her.

She was startled and stepped back, her body suddenly emitting a burst of intense light in her panic. Bai She didn't understand Xiao Ran's abilities and had never seen such powerful light before, so he was momentarily blinded. Xiao Ran took the opportunity to scramble away, covering her head.

Xiao Ran hid to one side, her voice trembling as it echoed:

"What are you doing? You just hit a woman out of nowhere. Is that how a man like you acts? If I knew all men were like this, I wouldn't bother being a woman at all!"

Xiao Ran's voice grew increasingly sorrowful, as if her Zhi Ai had started to take effect.

Once the bright light faded, Bai She gradually opened his eyes. He then turned to Xiao Ran and said something she never expected:

"If you don't want to be a woman, then I'll take your place."

Xiao Ran had never heard such an absurd idea and was momentarily lost for words.

Bai She immediately leaped forward, charging at Xiao Ran. Midway, he swiftly grabbed a scalpel from the table and threw it toward Tian She's glasses, which were just about to be touched. The glasses were knocked farther away by the impact.

Once again, Xiao Ran released a burst of strong light, but Bai She was prepared this time and wasn't hindered. He punched fiercely at the source of the intense glow.

The punch landed solidly.

A person without any physical enhancement couldn't survive a full-force blow from a Di Ji.

But when Bai She slowly opened his eyes, he saw a massive hand blocking his way. This hand stretched from the ceiling to the floor, its size enormous.

Xiao Ran was shaking all over, using her giant hand to shield herself and block Bai She's attack.

"This is bad... She seems completely unhinged..." Bai She muttered to himself.

Only then did he realize how naive he had been—neither Qiong Qi nor Tian She could be killed so easily.

Perhaps among all the Di Ji, only he had drawn the true death card. He would have to face a Tian Ji and a Xiong Shou simultaneously with his unrefined combat skills and Zhi Ai.

If he really had that kind of strength, why wait until now to fight back?

The only silver lining was that this Xiong Shou she...

"What exactly are you trying to do..." Xiao Ran suddenly burst into tears, her face full of grief. "Why has my hand turned into this...? Where's my ability to fly? Where's my super strength?"

Dragging her massive arm, unsure how to revert it, Xiao Ran spun around the room in a panic, knocking over furniture and the original residents, sending debris flying everywhere. Many pieces of furniture were injured, and in no time, she had once again knocked Tian She's glasses away just as he was about to reach them.

"You stupid woman... You absolute idiot..." Tian She fumbled blindly on the ground, cursing as he spoke. "If it weren't for Qing Long... I'd crush you to pieces...!"

"Tian She! Tian She!" Xiao Ran shouted anxiously through her sobs. "Why has my hand become like this?! Aren't we on the same side? You have to save me! Did the surgery fail?! I've never seen anything like this before!"

Tian She lifted his head in confusion, his severe nearsightedness only allowing him to make out a huge, wall-like flesh-colored outline moving toward him.

"Don't come near me!" Tian She roared. "You damn thing! Is it that hard to just stand still?!"

Bai She huddled in the corner, knowing the chaos was temporary. Once the two calmed down and coordinated, he would be done for.

Perhaps he only had one last chance to attack. In this confusion, the other side wouldn't be prepared, but who should he target?

The Xiong Shou who had been "helping" all along, or the Tian She who had been trying to kill him?

A few seconds later, Bai She curled his lips into a smile.

Yes, with only one attack opportunity, the target was clear. After all, he had never planned on leaving from the start.

He shook the blood—his own—from his hand, walked to the center of the room, and lifted the large operating table that could hold a person. With a twist of his waist, he hurled it violently toward the room's door.

With a deafening crash, the wall with the door was smashed open, creating a massive black hole.

The door was struck so hard that it flew out, taking the operating table with it into the black void, drifting farther and farther away.

From that moment, the room had no door, only a huge black hole in the wall. The air fell into a dead silence.

"Tian She... Tian She..." Xiao Ran whispered. "What is that...? Look quickly!"

"Shut up!" Tian She bellowed. He had finally found his glasses and hurriedly put them on, then turned around. The scene before him made him gasp in shock.

Bai She, exhausted, leaned against the wall by the black hole, his blood smearing the surface.

"Ha... Haha..." Bai She laughed. "Now that's perfect. Whether you're Qiong Qi or Tian She, you'll both be stuck in here forever."
